Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified tayahot of a security breach prior to the activity in question.
tayahot accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at tayahot's discretion.
All transactions on tayahot are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals. The amount you deposit in PHP is the amount credited to your account in PHP, with no hidden exchange rate adjustments.
tayahot reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, associated with money laundering, or in violation of these Terms. In such cases, tayahot will notify the player and may request additional documentation before processing any related withdrawal.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed on games that are excluded from a promotion do not count toward wagering requirements.

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the tayahot Platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, bingo, fishing arcade games, and all other game categories.
All bets are subject to acceptance by tayahot. tayahot reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed after an event has commenced, where odds were published in error, or where tayahot has reasonable grounds to suspect that the bet is part of a fraudulent or collusive scheme.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on tayahot. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and may vary by game type, market, and player account status. tayahot reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game or bet, tayahot reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players involved. tayahot will not be liable for any losses arising from technical errors beyond its reasonable control. The principle "pays wrong, voids" applies — no player has a right to winnings generated as a result of a manifest error.
For sports betting markets, including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, football, and other sports covered by tayahot, the following additional rules apply:
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tayahot Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
Zero Tolerance: tayahot operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. Any account found to be involved in such activity will be permanently suspended, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and the matter will be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities including PAGCOR where required.
All content on the tayahot Platform, including but not limited to the tayahot name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, audio, video, and all other materials (collectively, "Content"), is the exclusive property of tayahot or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to:
Any unauthorized use of tayahot's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws, for which tayahot reserves all rights and remedies.

tayahot's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tayahot account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude tayahot's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties agree to submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
The results of all games and bets on the tayahot Platform, as recorded by tayahot's server logs, shall be deemed final and conclusive in the absence of a manifest technical error. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on tayahot's servers, the server record shall prevail.
